Goals
- Dring 48 oz of water a day
- Exercise 3-5 times a week for 30 min
- Eat less sweets (starting with only one per day and working to 2-3 per week
- Eat 5 servings daily of fruits and vegetables
- Eat whole grains
- Go to bed earlier and get 7-8 hours of sleep a night
- Wash my face and brush my teeth every night
- Loose 80-90 pounds (more if needed)
- Take daily calcium supplement
- Don't eat two hours before bedtime
- Walk in Mini Marathon in 2006 or 2007
