Goals
- Drink 48oz of water a day
- Stop drinking caffine
- Exercise 4 times a week, 30 min each time
- Walk, in increasing incraments, until I can walk 2 miles comfortably
- Eat less fast food
- Eat according to the food pyramid guidelines... more furits and veggies
- Cut calorie intake per Weight Watcher goals
- Less time watching television
use the time on SCLA, walking, cleaning and family time instead
- Don't eat late at night
- Eat smaller meals more often to help with sugar levels and hunger
- Drink water or chew gum instead of eating when unreasonable hunger hits
- Start getting more sleep and get up earlier to have time to eat breakfast and
relaxing morning
- Start buying low-fat or fat free items of things I already eat
- Spend more time meditating
- Spend more time cooking good food for a better variety and not get bored of same foods
- Go to store and run errands on weekends so there is less to do on weeknights
- Spend more time outside in the yard and in the sun
